At Velvavale (Velvavale) we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase is not right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

30-Day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us and request a return. Please email us at contact@velvavale.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused and unworn (shoes must not have been worn outdoors).
  • Clean and free from stains, damage or signs of use.
  • In their original packaging, with any accessories included.
  • Securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

How to start a return

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when the item is wrong, damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we will help you with an exchange, subject to availability.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
